Getting to know Dr. Jose Aldana
How he found dentistry
He and a childhood friend shared the same dream of going to dental school. The friend's uncle was a dentist, and he's the one who introduced them to the work. What stuck was the idea of serving his community while running his own practice.
Where he puts his training
Most of his advanced coursework is in the procedures people usually get referred out for: placing implants, removing wisdom teeth, and root canals on molars. Doing those here means fewer handoffs, and the dentist who planned your treatment is the one who does it.
What he wants the office to feel like
He says nothing is more fulfilling than doing high-quality dentistry in a caring place, with a capable team around him. The goal is for the office to feel like a little slice of home, not a clinic.
Outside the office
Dr. Aldana is originally from Guanajuato, Mexico, the youngest of eight siblings. He enjoys nature, travel, and trying different cultures and cuisines. He has two cats, and reading and good coffee are central to his life.
